How do I add a new extension?

    Learn how to create a new extension.

    Extensions determine how incoming calls are routed within your account. Users with extension or admin access can add and remove extensions from the online portal.
    1. Sign in at
    2. Select Extensions and then select Add extension next to either Department Extensions or Employee Extensions.
    3. You will see the new extension appear at the bottom of the list. From there you can edit its details and call-forwarding settings.
