Give a user administrator permissions

Give a user admin permissions to have access to modify everything in your system.

Before you begin: You must have admin permissions.

  1. Sign in to the admin portal.
  2. Go to Settings > Users.
  3. Select Edit next to the user who needs admin permissions.
  4. Next to Administrator, select On.

  1. Sign in to the admin portal.
  2. Go to User management > Users.
  3. Select More icon > Edit next to the user who needs admin permissions.
  4. Select Next to move to Permissions.
  5. From Role select Admin.
  6. Select Save.
