Change your time zone
Change the time zone for your main greetings, for an extension, or for a user using the steps below.

If your admin portal home page looks like the screenshot below, these steps are for you.
Change the time zone for your main and away greetings
Update the times that your callers hear either a main greeting or away greeting.
- Sign in to the admin portal.
- Go to .
- Select Change Greeting next to Main Greeting.
- From Time Zone under Options, choose the desired time zone from the drop-down menu.
- Follow the same steps to change the time zone for the Away Greeting.
Change the time zone for an extension
Updates the time that your call forwarding numbers are set to receive calls.
- Sign in to the admin portal.
- Go to Extensions and then select Edit next to the desired extension.
- Select View Details.
- Choose your Time Zone from the drop-down menu.
- Select Save.
Change the time zone for a user
Updates the timestamps of messages and calls for the user.
- Sign in to the admin portal.
- Go to .
- Select Edit next to a user.
- Choose the Time Zone from the drop-down menu.
- Select Save & Close.
