Set up call forwarding for phone numbers
Route incoming calls into a phone number to an extension on your account or change the default forwarding number.

Change the default forwarding number
When an account is created your business phone number will automatically be forwarded to the contact phone number that you used when creating your account. Follow the steps below to change that account contact number.
- Sign in at https://nuui.us.grasshopper.com.
- Go to .
- Select Edit from Contact Info.
- Enter the new Home Phone number and then select Save.

Forward a phone number to an extension
- Sign in to the admin portal.
- Go to .
- Select
next to the desired phone number.
- From Call routing, select Direct connect to extension and then choose the extension you want to route incoming calls to.
- Select Save.

- Enter the new Phone number and then select Save.
