Why is my main greeting not updating?

    We're sorry that you're experiencing issues with this! There are a couple of troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve this.

    1. When you create a new main greeting, Grasshopper may take up to 5 minutes to update to the new settings.
    2. Ensure that the greeting of your choosing has been properly assigned.
    3. However, if the new main greeting that you created still isn't being used, it's likely that the phone number settings need to be adjusted. To fix this, ensure that "Play my main greeting" is selected in the phone number's settings.
