What happens to my calls when I'm logged into the desktop app?
When you're logged into the desktop app, we'll try to reach you there and at your forwarding number(s) simultaneously.
We'll try to reach you on the desktop app for a maximum of 30 seconds. If you don't answer, we'll stop trying to reach you there but continue to follow your call forwarding rules for the rest of your forwarding numbers. If you don't answer after we've tried you at the desktop app and your forwarding numbers, the call will be sent to voicemail.
