About this task: Only inbound calls can be transferred to another extension.

- While on an active call, select
. Your call will be placed on hold.
- Enter the extension number you’d like to transfer the call to, followed by #.
- To return to the call, enter * before entering an extension.

Mobile app |
- While on an active call, dial # twice. Your caller will be placed on hold.
- Dial 2 to initiate the transfer.
- Enter the extension number you’d like to transfer the call to, followed by #.
- Complete the transfer with one of the following options:
- To transfer the call now, press 1.
- To remain on the line, press 2, then press # twice to complete the transfer.
