Send incoming calls to a phone number or extension directly to voicemail.
Send All Incoming Calls to a Phone Number to Voicemail
Note: You must have admin permissions.
- Sign in at https://nuui.us.grasshopper.com.
- Go to .
- Next to the desired phone number(s), select Transfer to extension and then select an extension number.
- Turn off call forwarding on the selected extension by following the steps below.
Send All Incoming Calls to an Extension to Voicemail
- Sign in at https://nuui.us.grasshopper.com.
- Select Extensions and then select Edit next to the desired extension.
- From Where should we forward callers to? set all listed phone numbers to Off.
