Send calls directly to voicemail

    Send incoming calls to a phone number or extension directly to voicemail.

    Option How-to
    Send all incoming calls to a phone number to voicemail
    Note: You must have admin permissions.
    1. Sign in at https://nuui.us.grasshopper.com.
    2. Go to Settings > Numbers.
    3. Next to the desired phone number(s), select Transfer to extension and then select an extension number.
    4. Turn off call forwarding on the selected extension by following the steps below.
    Send all incoming calls to an extension to voicemail
    1. Sign in at https://nuui.us.grasshopper.com.
    2. Select Extensions and then select Edit next to the desired extension.
    3. From Where should we forward callers to? set all listed phone numbers to Off.
