Find your username
Learn how to find your username.
Your username should be the email address you signed up with. If you do not remember your username, refer to the welcome email sent to you when you created your account.
If you cannot find your welcome email, an admin on your account can follow the steps below to find your username.

- Sign in to the admin portal.

- Select Edit next to the user’s name to view the user’s username, which is typically the user's email address.
