Reset a user's password

Send an email to a user with a link to reset their password.

Before you begin: You must have admin permissions.

  1. Sign in to the admin portal.
  2. Go to Settings > Users.
  3. Select Edit next to the user who needs to reset their password.
  4. Select Reset password and email user.

  2. Go to User management > Users.
  3. Select More icon > Reset password next to the desired user.
