New voicemails aren’t showing up when I try refreshing
If you are not seeing notifications for new voicemails in your Grasshopper App, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
First: Verify that your username was given access to the extension you'd like to receive voicemails for. Click here to view and update extension access.
Second: Ensure that notifications are enabled on the app. To check this, open the Grasshopper app and go to Settings . Scroll to and select Sync & Notification Setting. Then, ensure that all boxes are checked off for the extension(s) that you want to be notified for on this device.
Third: confirm that your mobile number is associated with the app. Open the app and go to Settings and go to My Mobile Number. The phone number listed here should be the number associated with the mobile device you are using.
Fourth: uninstall the app, restart your phone, and reinstall the app. This will refresh the application and allow any stuck voicemails to populate.
