I reserved a number and now its gone, what do I do?

    Typically when a number is reserved during the sign up process, the phone number is removed from our inventory. This is done to ensure that no one snags the number you already reserved.

    If you are having trouble locating the phone number you reserved, please contact our customer support team. It is possible that the number is still available and that we simply need to add it to the account for you.
