How can I check the status of my transfer request to a different provider?

When porting out a number you should always start with the new provider. 

Porting OUT a Local number:

Grasshopper won’t be able to check on this for you because it is handled with our underlying provider. Rest assured, your new provider should be able to provide you with all the info you need to complete the transfer once it’s in process.

Porting OUT a Toll Free number:

We can help if your number has received a rejection. Our Number Management Team is able to access the information for Toll free port outs. We can see what was submitted on your Letter of Authorization and assist you with providing the correct information. Our Number Management Department is available to help Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
