Why does “Connect” come up when I receive a Grasshopper call?

When you created your Grasshopper Connect account, a contact was created in your phone’s native contact book to help you identify calls to your Grasshopper Connect number. We recommend that you update this. Go to your contacts on your phone, find “Connect” and click “Edit.” Change the contact name to “Grasshopper.”

Why did Grasshopper Connect go away?

After careful consideration, Grasshopper will be making an important change to the product portfolio. Grasshopper Connect will be absorbed into the flagship solution, Grasshopper, as of January 2021. We have found that Grasshopper meets the needs of the majority of our customers and the business is no longer going to support Grasshopper Connect.

What features did I lose?

Grasshopper will not include the email integration, unified inbox, business contacts, and timeline view.
