Why do I have to update my Grasshopper mobile app?
We've made some updates to the Grasshopper apps for iOS and Android that require all users to update to the latest version of the app. Updating to v5.3.1 or greater will ensure you continue to receive push notifications and have the best possible experience.
When do I need to update my app by?
To ensure you continue to receive push notifications for things like missed calls and voicemails, you'll need to be on the latest version of the app (v5.3.1 or greater) by February 28, 2020.
What happens if I do not update my Grasshopper mobile app by February 28, 2020?
If you don't update your app to v5.3.1 or greater by February 28, 2020, then you will no longer receive push notifications for your missed calls, voicemails and faxes.
How can I tell if I need to update my Grasshopper mobile app?
To confirm you are on the latest version of our app (v5.3.1 or greater), go to Settings > About Grasshopper. If you do not see version 5.3.1 or greater listed on that screen, you will need to update your app by going to the App or Play Store, searching for the Grasshopper app and click update.
Where can I get the most recent version of the Grasshopper mobile app?
I updated to a newer version of the app but I am still not getting push notifications. What do I do?
