Add a vacation schedule
Create a vacation schedule for your system or an extension.

If your admin portal home page looks like the screenshot below, these steps are for you.
Set a Schedule for an Account
Before you begin:
You must have admin permissions.
- Sign in to the admin portal.
- Go to .
- Select Change Greeting next to Away Greeting.
- Select Add Vacation next to Vacation Schedule.
- Enter the dates and times for your vacation and then select Save.
- Optional: Select Edit to change the vacation dates.
- Optional: Select Remove to delete the vacation schedule.
Set a Schedule for an Extension
Admin portal
If your admin portal home page looks like the screenshot below, these steps are for you.
Set away dates for the account
Before you begin:
You must have admin permissions.
- Sign in to the admin portal.
- Go to .
- From Account level business hours, check the box next to Set away dates.
- Choose From and To dates and times.
- Select Save.
Set away dates for an extension
- Sign in to the admin portal.
- Go to .
- Select
next to the desired extension.
- From Extension office hours, check the box next to Set away dates.
- Choose From and To dates and times.
- Select Save.
