Why does the mobile app give the error "no extensions assigned" but logging in on the website is successful?

    This error means the user does not have permissions to view any extensions.

    An administrator can update this setting:

    1. Sign in at
    2. Go to Settings > Users.
    3. From Extension access under a user, select On for the extensions the user needs to access.
    4. Once the user has access to at least one extension, they will be able to log into the mobile app successfully.
