Transfer a Call to Another Extension
Transfer an active call to another extension on your system.
About this task:
- Only inbound calls can be transferred to another extension.
- In order to transfer to an external phone numbers, calling card needs to be enabled on your account.

Desktop App
- While on an active call, select . Your call will be placed on hold.
- Enter the extension number or phone number you’d like to transfer the call to, followed by #.
- Optional: To return to the call, enter * before entering an extension.
Mobile App & Mobile Calls
- While on an active call, dial # twice. Your caller will be placed on hold.
- Dial 2 to initiate the transfer.
- Enter the extension number or phone number you’d like to transfer the call to, followed by #.
- Complete the transfer with one of the following options:
- To transfer the call now, press 1.
- To remain on the line, press 2, then press # twice to complete the transfer.
