An account's Primary PIN is a 4-digit number that is used to verify your identity when making changes to your account, as well as to access your account by phone. Grasshopper automatically generates one for you when you sign up, but any user with admin access can change it.
- Log in to Settings at https://nuui.us.grasshopper.com/Settings.
- On the Account tab, scroll down to "Primary PIN" to view the current 4-digit code.
- If you want to change it, enter a new 4-digit code in the text field.
Note: If your Grasshopper account was created prior to June 2011, your account will look different. Go to Settings > Main Greeting > Options. Your PIn is listed as "Phone PIN." Keep in mind! Your Phone Pin is not the same as your Primary Pin, unless of course you made them both the same.
