What is a Primary PIN and where can I change it?

    An account's primary PIN is a 4-digit number that is used to verify your identity when making changes to your account, as well as to access your account by phone. Grasshopper automatically generates one for you when you sign up, but any user with admin access can change it.
    Note: This is a premium feature. Trial accounts will only see primary pin on the welcome email.
    1. Sign in at
    2. Go to Settings > Account, scroll down to Primary PIN to view the current 4-digit code.
    3. If you want to change it, enter a new 4-digit code in the text field.
