View or change your Primary Pin
An account's primary PIN is a 4-digit number used to verify your identity when making changes to your account and to access your account by phone. Your primary PIN is auto generated when you sign up and can be changed.
Before you begin: You must have
admin permissions.
Note: This premium feature is not available to trial accounts.

If your admin portal home page looks like the screenshot below, these steps are for you.
- Sign in to the admin portal.
- Go to .
- From Primary PIN, enter a new 4-digit number into the text field.
