What report types are available?

    Users with admin access have the ability to run reports and access them for up to 90 days. Below are the 3 types of reports available.
    Note: Data older than 2 years is no longer available and cannot be retrieved.
    Usage report
    • Includes the number of inbound and outbound minutes used and average call length.
    • Admins can specify the included date range, extension(s) and Grasshopper phone number(s).
    Detail report
    • Includes information about all calls during a given time period, including date/time, VPS number, duration, caller ID, connecting number, extensions, direction, and type (learn more).
    • Admins can specify the included date range, extension(s), Grasshopper phone number(s), caller ID(s), destination phone number(s), call type(s) and leg type(s).
    Activity Report
    • Includes an overview of all activity on the selected items, including voicemails, hangups, faxes, and calls.
    • Admins can specify the included date range, extension(s), and Grasshopper phone number(s).
