I'm not receiving my voicemail transcriptions in my email.

    If you're not receiving transcripts, follow the steps below.

    Note: Read Your Voicemail costs $10 per month.
    1. Ensure that Read Your Voicemail is enabled on the account. Sign in to your account at and navigate to Settings > Features and scroll to Read Your Voicemail.
    2. Next, make sure you've set up your account with your email address to receive those transcripts. Sign in to your account at, select Extensions, select Edit the extension you'd like to setup. Then add your email address under the option to have messages emailed.

    You should now be able to receive transcriptions for that extension.
