How do I update my billing and contact information?

    An account administrator can change the billing contact, payment method, and billing info on your account at any time. All accounts are automatically billed on a monthly or annual basis using an accepted credit card.

    You cannot update your billing and contact information in the mobile app.
    1. Sign in at https://nuui.us.grasshopper.com.
    2. Go to Settings > Account.
    3. To change billing info, select Edit next to Credit Card Info.

      Note: We recommend that you keep a backup credit card on file to ensure your service is never interrupted. Select Add a backup credit card to do so.

    4. To change contact info, select Edit next to Contact Info. If you need to change the contact name for your account, see How do I change the contact name on file for my account? for more information.
    5. Make the desired changes and then select Save.
