Change the main contact name on file for my account

    Changing the contact name on file is taken very seriously, and we have precautions to keep your account safe and secure. Only the current main contact can make the change.

    To have the contact information changed on your account, please send a written request to our customer care team by emailing with the subject line “Contact Name Change Request”. The change request letter must include all the following information:

    • Written on company letterhead
    • Handwritten signature from the main contact
    • Grasshopper account number
    • Billing information (last 4 of CC and billing address) and email address on file
    • Primary PIN for the account
    • Contact name currently on file
    • Contact name you'd like to like to change to
    • Copy of a recent invoice
