How do I change the contact name on file for my account?
Changing the contact name on file is taken very seriously, and we have precautions in place to keep your Grasshopper account safe and sound.
To have your contact information changed on your account, you’ll need to submit a ticket with a signed (by a company officer) request on company letterhead to our support team. If you’re old school, you can also fax it to 1-888-997-8688.
Make sure all your requests include this vital info:
- Account number (any phone number on your account will do)
- Contact name (the current one and the one you’d like to change it to)
- Current email address on file
- Master PIN
