It is possible to change the contact name for an account, but it is not something that can be accomplished on the online portal. Changing the contact name on file is taken very seriously, and we have precautions in place to keep your Grasshopper account safe and secure.

To have the contact information changed on your account, please send a written request to our Customer Care team, either by submitting a ticket or faxing it to (888) 997-8688.

The change request letter must include all of the following:

  • Written on company letterhead
  • Signed by a company officer 
  • Grasshopper account number
  • Billing Information (last 4 of CC and Billing address) and email address on file
  • Master PIN for the account
  • Contact name currently on file
  • Contact name you'd like to like to change it to
  • Copy of a recent Grasshopper Invoice
