It is possible to change the contact name for an account, but it is not something that can be accomplished on the online portal. Changing the contact name on file is taken very seriously, and we have precautions in place to keep your Grasshopper account safe and secure.

To have the contact information changed on your account, please send a written request to our Customer Care team, either by submitting a ticket or faxing it to 877-452-7908.
