Enable voicemail transcription on your account. Voicemails will be transcribed and emails as PDFs.

1. Sign in at https://nuui.us.grasshopper.com.
2. Go to Settings > Features.
3. From Read Your Voicemail, select Add "Read Your Voicemail".
4. Check the box confirming the monthly fee and then select Confirm & Add "Read Your Voicemail".
5. To add email addresses to receive voicemail transcriptions:
   1. Go to Extensions and then select Edit next to an extension.
   2. From Where do you want messages sent to?, select Add email address.
   3. Enter the email address and then select Add.
6. Optional: To remove voicemail transcription, go to Settings > Features, and then select Remove "Read Your Voicemail".
