Choose hold music for your system or for an extension to enhance your customer's hold experience.

1. Sign in at https://nuui.us.grasshopper.com.
2. Go to Settings > Hold Music.
3. To change your system's hold music:
   1. The account-wide hold music will always be in the top row. Select Change Music in the account-wide hold music row.
   2. Select Use next to the desired hold music.
4. To change an extension's hold music:
   1. Select Change Music next to Set On Hold Music by Extension.
   2. Next to the desired extension, choose hold music from the drop-down menu.
   3. Select Save Changes.
