Yes! You can give your employees access to retrieve their voicemails from the Grasshopper website or application. If your user is not receiving these voicemails, please ensure that they have access to the appropriate extension.

  1. Log into your account at
  2. Select Settings then choose Users
  3. Under Extension Access, you will see what extensions users have access to and change the access as necessary.

Note: You must be an administrator to make changes to extension permissions.
