Can I put my account on hold?

We offer the option to temporarily suspend your Grasshopper service by putting your account on hold. This allows you to keep your phone numbers and settings intact, but simply turn off all call-handling capabilities. When you reactivate your account, you'll pick up right where you left off (with phone numbers, greetings and settings just as you left them). The best part is that you'll avoid having your phone numbers released back into the national number pool, where any other organization could take them over. 

Your account will be charged $7 per month (plus taxes) while it is on hold. To place your account on hold, please contact our Customer Care team.
