Follow the steps below to troubleshoot not seeing texting in the apps.
- Ask your administrator to verify you have texting permissions.
- Verify the app is current by checking the app store or Google play store for pending updates.
- Confirm your notification settings are correctly set. From the mobile app, go to and then verify the phone number you use for texting is enabled from Message notifications.
You can try disabling the number, leaving settings (to save the setting), and then enabling the number again to force the setting.
- If texting was recently enabled on your account, the app might still need to pick up the changes. Try logging out and then back in. Logging out will prompt it to update.
- Try uninstalling the app from your computer or device, and then install it again.
