Set up your TransUnion Digital Listing

Grasshopper now has a partnership with TransUnion that will allow you to set up a digital listing for your business.

Before you begin: You must have admin permissions.

Sign in at https://nuui.us.grasshopper.com.
Go to Settings > Features.
From Digital Listings, select Manage Your Listings.
Select Check Listings Availability.

Your business information will be automatically pulled from Settings > Account.
If your digital listing is available, check the box to confirm the add-on and then select Yes, subscribe to Digital Listing add-on.

Note: If you get a message that the listing is not available, confirm your business name and address are filled out accurately. If there is a spelling or clerical error, the system cannot verify your information. If all information is typed in properly, our support team can work with TransUnion to pinpoint the issue and work towards getting you a resolution.
