Make an International Call
Learn how to dial international phone numbers.
Before you begin: You must have
international calling enabled on your account.
Note: Other costs will apply to inbound and outbound international calls, in addition to your included minutes. Learn more about our international rates.
- Dial your country’s exit code (US = 011, list of exit codes) which replaces the plus sign (+) commonly used in international numbers.
- Dial your destination party’s country code (list of country codes).
- Dial your destination party’s area code.
- Dial your destination party’s local phone number. If the number you call starts with 0, you can omit this when you dial. Example: To call from the US to a landline in São Paulo, Brazil; you would dial 011-55-11-XXXX-XXXX.
