Why don't I get mobile app notifications?
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot mobile app notifications.
Grasshopper Mobile App Settings
- From the mobile app, select Settings.
- Select Sync & Notification Settings.
- Ensure that all boxes are enabled for the extension(s) you want to be notified of on this device.
iOS
- Go to your device's settings and then select Notifications.
- Select Grasshopper.
- Customize your notification settings for the app.
Android
- Swipe down from the top of your screen to reveal the Notifications box.
- Select Settings from the top right.
- Select Notifications.
- Toggle the slider of the app you want to enable/disable notifications for.
