How do I unblock a phone number?

You can unblock a phone number in two ways! 

Use the following steps to unblock a number: 

1. Log into your account on www.grasshopper.com
2. Click on “Messages and calls” 
3. Select the tab at the top “Blocked” 
4. Press “Unblock” next to the appropriate number.

To unblock multiple numbers from within your account: 

1. Click on “Messages and calls” 
2. Select the tab at the top “Blocked” 
3. Check off the box to the Left of the particular phone numbers 
4. Select “Unblock selected numbers” in the upper right corner 

The second way is from your mobile app: 

1. Open the Grasshopper App
2. Click on Settings (bottom right corner)
3. Select “Blocked numbers” 
4. Swipe Left and the “delete” button will appear, Press Delete to remove the block.
