HELP FILE
This error means the user does not have permissions to view any extensions.
An administrator can update this setting:
- Log into the account online
- Click Settings then Users
- To the right of the user’s login, a drop down menu will appear for “Extension access”
- Select ON for the extensions the user needs access to
- Once the user has access to at least one extension, they will be able to log into the mobile ap p successfully.
