Why did my payment fail?
Troubleshoot why your payment wasn't processed.
Common reasons for payment denial:
- Insufficient funds, exceeded limits, or account restrictions: Your payment method may have reached its credit limit, either for your total account or daily/weekly limits. Try a different payment method.
- Outdated or incorrect payment information: The credit card may be expired or the information may have been entered incorrectly. Check your payment method for accuracy.
Note: We only accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards. Debit cards can be used if they function like a credit card, carry the Visa or MasterCard logo, and do not require a PIN for payment. Payments from prepaid cards (including gift cards branded as credit cards) are not accepted.
- Fraud detection: Sometimes banks or payment processors flag legitimate transactions as fraudulent. If this happens, you may need to contact your bank to resolve the issue.
