All accounts are automatically billed on a recurring basis using an accepted credit card. You can find the billing date for your account by downloading an invoice from the web portal. 

  • For monthly accounts, your billing date is determined by the day of the month that you initially purchased your service with us. For example, if you signed up on January 8th, then you will be billed on the 8th of every month.
  • For annual accounts, your account will be automatically billing each year on the anniversary of your purchase date. Monthly charges may occur for add on features (call blasting, an additional number) as well as international minute charges. 

If you prefer to change your billing date to another day, please open a ticket with our support team and we can assist you with making this change. Please be sure to include your Primary PIN along with your request. Once it’s done, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
