You’ll need to enter the address on the bill from your current provider, but keep in mind we can’t transfer local numbers to a P.O. Box address.
If your billing address is a P.O. Box, contact your current provider and ask them to provide you the "Service Address" from your Customer Service Record. (They’ll know what this means). The address must then pass USPS validation.
If the numbers you’re trying to transfer have different service addresses, submit a separate order for each number via our online transfer form. Numbers with different service addresses require separate LOAs (Letter of Authorization).
