Enable email notifications for voicemails

Receive an email notification when you receive a voicemail.

Legacy admin portal

If your admin portal home page looks like the screenshot below, these steps are for you.

Sign in to the admin portal.
Select Extensions and then select Edit next to the desired extension.
From Where do you want messages sent to?, select Add email address.
Enter your email address and then select Add.

Tip: You can add up to 15 email addresses for each extension's voicemails.

Sign in to the admin portal.
Go to Call management > Extensions.
Select next to the desired extension.
From Email for receiving voicemails, select Add email address.
Enter your email address and then select Save > Save.
