When will I be billed?

All accounts are automatically billed on a monthly basis using an accepted credit card. Your billing date is determined by the day of the month that you initially purchased your service with us. For example, if you signed up on January 8th, then you will be billed on the 8th of every month.

If you prefer to change your billing date to another day, please open a ticket with our support team and we can assist you with making this change. Please be sure to include your Master PIN along with your request. Once it’s done, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
