View call data by running usage, detail, or activity reports.
Before you begin:
You must have admin permissions.
Important: There are limitations of running reports:
- Past reports are available only in 90-day increments.
- Data older than 2 years is no longer available and cannot be retrieved.
- Sign in at https://nuui.us.grasshopper.com.
- Select Reports.
- Select Run Now next to one of the following reports:

Usage Report |
View the number of inbound and outbound minutes used and the average call length. |
Detail Report |
View information about all calls during a given period, including date/time, VPS number, duration, caller ID, connecting number, extensions, direction, and type. Learn more about the detail report. |
Activity Report |
View an overview on selected items, including voicemails, hangups, faxes, and calls. |
- Choose your report customizations and then select Save & Run.
It may take a couple of minutes for the report to be generated. From
My Reports, you will see the pending report.
- When the Status changes to Complete, download the file by selecting the CSV file from Download.
