What is Grasshopper's Individual Rights Management (IRM) Portal?

You can exercise certain rights under applicable privacy law with respect to how Grasshopper processes your personal data. You can use the Individual Rights Management (IRM) Portal to submit specific privacy requests, such as if you want to access, update, or delete personal data collected by Grasshopper.

What requests can you submit in the IRM?

Currently, the IRM supports the following privacy and security requests:
  • Access Request: You can request a copy of the personal data Grasshopper holds about you.
  • Update Data: You can ask Grasshopper to update any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Data Deletion: You can ask that your personal data be deleted. Note: This is subject to certain legal restrictions.
  • Object to Processing: You can object to how your data is being processed.
  • Restrict Processing: You can limit how your data is processed.
  • Review Automated Decision: You can request to review any automated decisions made by machines if you feel they have affected your legal rights, like going through automated hiring without any human involvement. You can also ask for an explanation of how automated decisions were made and what they mean for you. Finally, you can deny being profiled in certain situations, like for marketing.
  • Data Portability: You can request to export your data from Grasshopper.
Attention: If your request concerns data we process on behalf of our customers (for example, data related to their products or services), we are unable to process your request directly. For privacy-related requests regarding such data, please contact the customer directly.

How can you access the IRM?

You can access and fill out the IRM form here. In the Additional Details field at the bottom of the form, please include as much detail about your request as possible so we can best assist you with you.

How can I opt out of the sale or sharing of my personal data?

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data by clicking the Cookie Preferences text at the bottom of this article or any other page at goto.com or support.goto.com. This will open a window where you can manage your cookies and other tracking technologies.

In the Your Choices Regarding Cookies on this Site window, you can
  • Select Opt Out under Do not sell or share my information to opt out of selling or sharing your personal data with any third-parties not listed under Required.
  • Select Yes or No next to each section to opt in or out of sharing personal data with all third-parties listed in that section.
  • Select View Cookies and choose to opt in or out of sharing your personal data with specific third-parties.
Note: You can't opt out of sharing your personal data with the companies listed under the Required section, as these cookies help the site function correctly.
