Grasshopper will be performing a mandatory upgrade to our systems on Saturday, October 5th from 5 AM – 6 AM ET.

During this maintenance window, inbound calls will not be affected. You will continue to receive your inbound calls.

However, the following services may be intermittently unavailable:

· Outbound calling

· Text messaging

· Notifications

· Mobile and desktop apps

· Online interface (Please note, you will not be able to make changes to your account during this window.)
 

You may also notice a delay in any notifications for messages and voicemails during the maintenance window. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
