Grasshopper is here to help support our community and customers as they manage through the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.  Therefore, in accordance with Hawaii Public Utility Commission Order No. 37125, through May 31, 2020, Grasshopper has agreed to temporarily suspend the practice of disconnecting service to any customers who are resident in Hawaii and who are unable to pay for their Grasshopper subscription due to a financial hardship related to the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are unable to make your payments due to a COVID-19-related hardship click Call Support below to contact our Customer Care team to discuss your options.  

Please note that this order does not affect Grasshopper’s ability to disconnect a customer's service for public safety concerns unrelated to non-payment of services (e.g., fraud).
