After creating a new account there are various ways you can sign in to your account based on the sign in options available.
Note: The same login cannot be used on multiple devices; each individual wishing to use the mobile app must be added as a new user with their own username/password.

- Go to https://portal.us.grasshopper.com.
- Enter your username or email address and password. Please note that Grasshopper passwords are case sensitive.
- Select Let's go.

- Open the Grasshopper app for iOS or Android on your phone.
- Enter your username or email address and password. Please note that Grasshopper passwords are case sensitive.
- Select Sign in.

- Download the Grasshopper app iOS or Android on your phone.
- Enter your username or email address and password. Please note that Grasshopper passwords are case sensitive.
- Enter your mobile number to register your cell phone as a trusted device for making outgoing calls.
- Select the arrow in the upper right corner and then select Yes to confirm your mobile number is correct.
- When prompted with allowing app notifications we recommend you enable them for the optimal experience. Push notifications allow Grasshopper to notify you of texts, voicemails, and missed calls.
- Optional: Add business contacts from your mobile device to the app by selecting Add Business Contacts, choose which contacts to add, and then select Add Contacts.
- Choose an extension to use for outbound calls. This will only show in the call log.
