If you forgot your Grasshopper password or want to change your password, reset it at any time by visiting our reset password page and entering your username/email. Before you reset your password, make sure you are signed out of your Grasshopper account. Once you enter your enter your username/email you will receive an email from email@example.com with reset instructions.
NOTE: Grasshopper passwords are case sensitive.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder. We recommend adding "firstname.lastname@example.org" to your contacts to ensure emails from us are not marked as spam in the future.
