How do I make a user an Admin, or change their permissions?

If you’re an Admin user, you can change any user’s access or permissions by going to Settings, then the Users tab. For updating a user's access to certain extensions, simply scroll down or click here.

To give a user Admin access:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Select the Users tab
  4. Turn “On” the Administrator access

Once you make a change, you'll need to confirm you identity by entering your Password in order for the change to take effect.


Extension Access

To give your users access to certain extensions, please follow these steps: 

  1. Log into your account online
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Select the Users tab
  4. Select the drop-down menu under "Extension access"

From here, you can turn on/off the permission to the extension.
