You can cancel your Grasshopper account at any time by doing the following:

  1. Ensure any outstanding Grasshopper bills or fees have been paid.
  2. Transfer your Grasshopper phone number to another carrier. This is done with your new carrier not by the Grasshopper Customer Care team. Your new carrier must confirm the transfer was successful before you can proceed with canceling your Grasshopper account.
  3. To cancel your Grasshopper account, call our Customer Care team below and choose extension 3 from the menu. Be sure to have the following information on hand:
