How can I reactivate my account?

You can now reactivate your account on your own! Simply go to and click on "Sign in".

Note: If you have an account from 2011 or older, please give our Support team a call and we can help you!


Once you are logged in, enter your credentials and we’ll walk you through reactivating.

Here’s what it will look like:

Click the “Reactivate Account” button. On the next page, you will see the billing information we have saved. If this is the correct information you would like billed moving forward, click “Confirm”. If you need to update this information, click “Edit”.
